Permanent, natural-looking tooth replacement with premium implant brands — single, multiple and full-arch (All-on-4/6) solutions.
Dental implants are titanium roots placed in the jaw to support fixed crowns, bridges or full arches — the gold standard for replacing missing teeth.

We offer single implants, multiple implants, and full-arch All-on-4 and All-on-6 solutions for those missing most or all teeth. We use globally certified brands such as Straumann, Nobel Biocare and MegaGen.
Implants are placed under local anaesthesia in a 3–5 day first visit. After 3–4 months of healing (osseointegration), permanent crowns are fitted in a short second visit. See the full dental treatments in Turkey.
A single implant in Turkey costs around £350–600 versus £2,000–3,500 in the UK, with documented treatment planning. Pair with zirconium crowns for the final teeth.
An implant is not a single object. The fixture is a titanium screw placed into the jawbone, replacing the root. The abutment connects it to the visible tooth. The crown is the ceramic tooth itself.
Each is priced and warranted separately. When comparing quotes, confirm that all three are included, along with imaging, surgery and the second visit — see implant brands compared.
Requirements are sufficient bone volume and density, healthy gums, controlled general health and realistic expectations. A CT scan decides — never a photograph.
Where bone is inadequate, grafting or a sinus lift comes first. Smoking, uncontrolled diabetes and untreated gum disease materially lower success and must be addressed beforehand.
Surgery takes under an hour per implant. Osseointegration — bone fusing to titanium — takes 3–6 months, and up to about 9 months after grafting. Only then is the final crown fitted.
This means most implant cases require two trips. A temporary may bridge the gap. Any promise of a permanent implant crown within a week is either a temporary being mislabelled, or poor planning. See the healing timeline and how long to stay.

Published survival is roughly 92–97% at ten years and about 92% at twenty. The dominant threat afterwards is peri-implantitis, inflammatory bone loss driven by plaque — preventable with six-monthly professional cleaning, meticulous hygiene and not smoking.
