A checklist for picking a safe, quality clinic.
Choosing the right clinic is the most important decision for a successful result.

Qualified dentists, accreditation, certified materials, real reviews, transparent pricing and written guarantees.
Beware unrealistic prices and no guarantees — see the risks of cheap dental.
Marketing sells the building. You are treated by a person. Ask for the treating dentist by name, their qualification, their specialism (oral surgery, prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics), and roughly how many of your specific procedure they perform each year.
A clinic that will not name the dentist before you pay a deposit has told you something important.
There is one test that separates planning from selling: is the price quoted before or after imaging?
A CT scan reveals bone volume, the position of the sinus and the inferior alveolar nerve, hidden infection and cracks. It is the only basis on which anyone can say whether you need a graft, how many implants, and whether the plan is even possible. A fixed price from photographs is an advertisement.
Diagnosis. Treatment options, including the more conservative ones you were not sold. Number of teeth and which. Materials by brand, not by category (“zirconia” is not a brand). Number of appointments and trips. Total price with line items. Warranty period and, more importantly, its exclusions. The named dentist. Aftercare arrangements, including what happens once you are home.
If it is not written, it does not exist. See the guarantee.
Ignore the star average. Read the three-star reviews, which are the least likely to be manipulated. Look for reviews written more than two years after treatment — a Hollywood smile looks superb on day seven and reveals itself at year three.
Look for how the clinic responds to complaints. And look for a pattern of the same complaint: margins, bite, a dentist never met. See reviews: what to look for and accreditation.
A fixed price before imaging. “Full mouth in three days.” Healthy teeth to be crowned without a clinical reason. Guaranteed results. No named dentist. Pressure to pay a deposit today. No written plan. No aftercare pathway. Reluctance to give you your radiographs and implant batch numbers.
Any one warrants a question. Two warrant walking away. See the truth about Turkey teeth.
