Read for what is missing: bone grafting or a sinus lift (often only discovered after the CT scan), temporary restorations, the second trip for implants, flights for that second trip, follow-up appointments, and the night guard that protects your new ceramics.
A package that assumes no complications is priced for a patient who does not exist.
How to Make Two Quotes Comparable
Insist on line items: implant brand and model; abutment; crown material; number of teeth; CT and radiographs; surgery and anaesthesia; grafting if needed, with the price if it is; temporaries; number of trips; follow-up visits; warranty period and exclusions; and who the treating dentist is.

The Questions That Reveal Everything
“Is the price quoted before or after the CT scan?”
“If I need a bone graft, what does that cost, and is the second trip included?”
“Which implant brand, and is it available in my country?”
“Who is my dentist, by name, and what is their specialism?”
“If a crown fails in year three, who pays for what — including flights?”
Reluctance to answer any of these in writing tells you more than the price does.

A Realistic Budget
Plan for the treatment, a possible graft, two trips where implants are involved, flights and accommodation for both, a night guard, and a contingency for one revision. If the total still compares favourably, the decision is sound.
