Hair Transplant
Is a hair transplant permanent?
Yes. The follicles taken from the donor area are resistant to the DHT hormone and are permanent for life.
Is a hair transplant painful?
Local anesthesia is applied, so no pain is felt during the operation. Mild tightness afterwards is normal.
How many grafts are needed?
Depending on the Norwood scale and the area of loss, it ranges from 1,500 to 5,000 grafts. The exact number is set during consultation.
When are results visible?
Sprouting begins at 3 to 4 months, becomes clearer at 6 months, and the final result forms at 12 to 18 months.
What is the difference between FUE and DHI?
In FUE, channels are opened first and grafts are then placed. In DHI, the Choi pen places grafts directly, allowing a no-shave, less invasive application.

Who is suitable for obesity surgery?
Generally people with a BMI of 40+, or 35 to 40 with obesity-related conditions, after a physician evaluation.
