Treats under-eye bags and loose lower-lid skin.
Lower eyelid surgery treats eye bags – often protruding fat, now redistributed rather than only removed.
Lower blepharoplasty removes or repositions fat (eye bags) and tightens the skin for a rested look.

Transconjunctival (internal, scarless) or via a fine incision. Complements the upper lid.
Bruising clears in 1–2 weeks.
Lower eyelid surgery treats eye bags, excess skin and fine lines on the lower lid. Unlike the upper lid, the issue here is often not excess skin but protruding fat that forms the typical “bags”.
For predominantly fat, the operation can be done through the conjunctiva (transconjunctival) – with no external scar. With additional excess skin the incision sits just below the lashes. Rather than only removing fat, it is now often redistributed to avoid a hollow look – which requires experience.
The lower lid is a sensitive region: too aggressive an approach can pull the lid down (ectropion) or create a hollowed look. An experienced surgeon works conservatively and assesses lid tension beforehand. Beware of clinics treating the lower lid as routine.
Cooling and elevation, stitches (if external) after about a week. Bruising and swelling settle over 1–2 weeks. Dry, irritated eyes can occur temporarily. See upper eyelid surgery and cosmetic surgery in Turkey.

For predominantly fat, a transconjunctival approach leaves no external scar.
The lower lid is sensitive: experience protects against a hollowed look or a downward-pulled lid.
